The system hangs up when I unplug the product from the computer.
- If your Windows system hangs after unplugging the scanner, try disabling Event Monitoring in Scanners and Cameras. If the scanner push buttons stop working with a Macintosh, manually launch EPSON Smart Panel and one of its applets. This will restore the button feature.
