The OneTouch feature is not working with my scanning program. What should I do?

• The one touch function only works with programs that are OneTouch compliant, like EPSON Smart Panel™, Windows Imaging, and Photoshop Elements. These applications support linking scanner events with the Start button on Windows 98, 2000, ME or XP and enable the scanner monitor utility.
