Support Scanners Perfection Series Epson Perfection 3200 Pro

How do I know what scanning resolution to use for the best results?

  • Here are some recommended settings for different types of scans. If you want to manually adjust your scan, try the following settings:
    1. Viewing on screen or the Web: 72 to 96 dpi
    2. Sending and viewing on e-mail: 96 to 150 dpi
    3. Printing:

If you are enlarging your image, you must manually increase the resolution (dpi) proportionally to maintain the resolution of your original.
