Why can't I scan multiple images at the same time?

If you can't scan multiple images at one time, try the following:
- Position photos at least 20 mm (0.8 inches) apart from each other on the document table.
- Make sure your scanning program can scan multiple images.
- If you are scanning with the optional Multi Photo Feeder, see Optional Multi Photo Feeder Problems for solutions.
