A line or line of dots always appears in my scanned images. What should I do?

  • Check the following:
    • The document table or transparency unit window may need cleaning. Clean the document table. See Cleaning the Scanner.
    • The document table or transparency unit window may be scratched. Contact Epson for assistance. See Epson Technical Support.
