Support Scanners GT Series Epson WorkForce Pro GT-S55

There is a paper jam in my product, the paper feed rollers turn, and there is no error message. What should I do?

  • Try the following:
    • Pull the cover open lever up to open the front of scanner, remove any jammed paper.
    • Download and install the latest driver from the Downloads tab.
    • Try scanning again.
