The product does not turn on. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Make sure your scanner's power cord and USB cable are securely connected to the scanner.
- If you're using a USB connection, make sure you use the USB cable that came with the scanner.
- Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to the scanner and the computer.
- Make sure the electrical outlet works. If necessary, test it by plugging in and turning on another electrical device.
- Make sure you hold down the power button for approximately one second to power on the product.
