My product doesn't detect my photos placed on the product glass when I use the Start button on the control panel. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Make sure the scanner glass is clean and free of fingerprints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scanner glass.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scanner glass correctly.
- If you place multiple originals on the scanner glass, make sure they are at least 0.8 inch (20 mm) away from each other.
