After I updated to Windows 8, my product's software is missing. What should I do?

  • The Windows 8 update process uninstalls the previously installed Epson product software. You will need to download the product software from the Downloads tab for your product.
    1. Go to the Downloads tab.
    2. Select Drivers and Utilities Combo Package, then select Download. Make a note of the file mane and save location so you can easily retrieve it.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
