My product does not turn off. What should I do?

    Try the following:

    • Close all scanning applications.
    • Unplug the power cord from the outlet. Plug the power cord back into the outlet and power on the product.
    Try and power on the scanner by using the power button. If the above suggestions do not help, contact Epson.
