The product does not turn on. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure your scanner's optional AC adapter and power cord is securely connected to the scanner and a working electrical outlet.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet works. If necessary, test it by plugging in and turning on another electrical device.
    • If you are using a USB connection, make sure the connection mode switch is set to USB.

      Note: Connect product to the computer which has Epson Scan installed.

    • If you are using a wireless connection, make sure that charged batteries are installed or the optional AC adapter is connected.
