My Epson product software is missing after I updated to Windows 8.x. What should I do?

  • The Windows 8.x update process uninstalls the previously installed Epson product software. You will need to download the scanner software from the Downloads tab for your product.

    1. Go to the Downloads tab.
    2. Select Scanner Driver and EPSON Scan Utility, then select Download.

      Note: Make a note of the file name and save the location so you can easily retrieve it.

    3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
