I'm unable to send a scan from Document Capture Pro to Google Drive. What should I do?
Try the following steps:
- Select Send to Google Drive in Document Capture Pro.
- Start a scan. The Transfer Settings window opens.
- Select New from the Setting Name drop-down list.
- Click Login. The Sign in with Google screen opens in your default browser.
- Click Allow. In your browser, the message "Received verification code. You may now close this window." appears. This message indicates Document Capture Pro has been allowed access to your Google Drive.
- Select OK. A Transfer Completed Successfully screen appears.
- Click Close.
- Go to your Google Drive account and verify that the transfer of the scan was successful.
