I scanned a business card, and a black rectangle appears next to the scanned image. What should I do?

  • The incorrect Document Size setting may have been selected. Select Auto Detect or Plastic Card as the Document Size setting and select Off as the Detect Double Feed setting. Then try scanning again.

    Note: When scanning cards in the card slot, slide the mode selector to card.
