My scanner does not turn on. What should I do?

• Make sure the AC adapter is securely connected to the scanner and to a working electrical outlet. If the scanner still does not turn on, contact Epson support.

  Note: You may need to press and hold the power button for two to three seconds to turn on the scanner.
