I see the message You cannot send the email. Confirm the settings on my Mac, when I use the Attach to Email feature in Epson ScanSmart. What should I do?
To use the Attach to Email feature, your email account must be configured in the Apple Mail Client. To allow access, do the following:
- Open the menu, select System Preferences or System Settings > Security and Privacy.
- Click the Privacy tab, then click to allow editing. If necessary, enter the password and click OK.
- Select Automation, and click the Mail checkbox for Epson ScanSmart.
- Click .
- Open Epson ScanSmart and try using the Attach to Email feature.
