The product does not turn on. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • If you're using a USB connection, make sure you use the USB cable that came with the scanner.
    • Make sure the USB cable is securely connected to the scanner and the computer.
    • Slide the power switch to turn on the scanner and hold for approximately one second (ES-60W and ES-65WR only).
