I see the message You cannot send the email. Confirm the settings. in macOS 10.14. What should I do?

menu, select System Preferences > Security and Privacy. - Click the Privacy tab, then click
to allow editing. If necessary, enter the password and click OK. - Select Automation, and click the Mail checkbox for Epson ScanSmart.

In order to use the Attach to Email feature, you need to allow the Epson ScanSmart software access to your email. To allow access, do the following:
