I can't view my TIFF images in thumbnail or full screen mode on my product. What should I do?

• The P-2000 can display non-progressive JPEG files and certain RAW image files in thumbnail and full screen mode, but it cannot display TIFF files in these modes.
  
  When you try to view a TIFF image as a thumbnail, you see only the unsupported image icon (shown in the red circle below). The thumbnail on your P-2000 also identifies the file type as TIFF.
  
  If you double-click on the thumbnail to display it in full screen mode, the message This photo cannot be displayed in full screen view appears.
