I copied a video file to my image viewer and it won't play. What should I do?

  • Make sure your video file is a supported file type and meets the specifications listed below. You may need to use a video file converter or analyzer utility to verify the actual file format used to create the file.

    The viewer supports video files in resolutions ranging from 160 x 112 pixels to 640 x 480 pixels, with file sizes up to 2GB.
