How can I stop my product from feeding multiple pages at the same time?

• Make sure the paper you are using is not too thin or too thick. See the paper specifications in the User's Guide supplied with the printer. Make sure that the paper thickness lever is in the proper position. If it is very humid the paper my have absorbed moisture and should be replaced with dry paper. Remove the stack of paper and fan the edges to separate the sheets. Reload the paper, making sure the edge guides are snug against both sides of the paper, and then press the paper button to see if it feeds the paper correctly. If that doesn't help, try different paper from a new package.
