When printing in Windows, how can I prevent an extra page from being ejected after every print job?

  • The Separator Page function may be enabled. Follow these steps to disable it:
    1. Click Start or .
    2. Do one of the following:

      Windows XP:

      Select Printers and Faxes (or select Settings, then select Printers and Faxes).

      Windows Vista:

      Select Control Panel, then Printer or Printers under Hardware and Sound.

      Windows 7:

      Select Control Panel, then View Devices and Printers under Hardware and Sound.
    3. In the Printers or Printers and Faxes window, right-click on your printer's name.
    4. Select Properties, click the Advanced tab, then press the Separator Page button.
    5. In the Separator Page window, delete the information in the text box and then click OK.
    6. Click OK again.
