Why do I see the message Check Transparency on my product's LCD screen?

There may be a mismatch between the loaded paper or transparencies and the printer driver setting for your paper or transparencies.
Also, paper may be jammed in the MP (multi-purpose) tray. Clear jammed paper if necessary.
