When I press the B&W Start or Color Start button to make a copy, nothing happens. What should I do?

• Check the following:
  • The CX11N may not be in Copy mode when you are pressing the button (Print mode is the default mode). Make sure you press the Copy button before you press either B&W Start or Color Start.
    
    Note: If you don't press any button for more than 3 minutes, the CX11N returns to Print mode.
  • Make sure paper is loaded in the MP tray or the optional Paper Cassette Unit. See Loading Paper.
  • Make sure your original is placed face-down on the document table. See Setting Your Originals.
