My product is connected to my computer with a USB cable, but the computer won't recognize it. Why?

  • Your CX11N may not work properly if you use a USB cable other than the one supplied by Epson. Use the USB cable that comes with your product.

    Also, the CX11N may not work properly if you connect it to the computer through more than one hub. Connect the CX11N directly to your computer's USB port, or through one hub only.
