How do I remove a toner cartridge if no toner out message is displayed?

• Follow these steps to replace a toner cartridge when no toner out message is displayed:
  1. Press the Setup button on the control panel.
  2. Press the or button to select Print Settings, then press the button.
  3. Press the or button to select Reset Menu, then press the button.
  4. Press the or button to select Change Toner C/M/Y/K for the color of the toner cartridge you want to change, then press the button.
  5. When Replace Toner appears, open the front door and replace the toner cartridge.
  6. Close the front door to bring the printer back online.
