I get incorrect print on labels or other custom paper sizes. What should I do?

• Your software or the printer may be set up incorrectly. Try the following:
  Note: Software settings always override settings made through the printer's control panel.
  • Make sure a compatible printer driver is selected in your software.
  • Make sure the page length in your software or printer driver is set for the label or page size. If your software does not support a page length setting, set the page length on the printer. See Using SelecType or EPSON Remote Configuration Manager to change the page length on the printer.
  • Adjust the margin or top-of-form position settings in your software. If this does not help, try adjusting the top-of-form or printing position on the printer. See Using Default-setting Mode or EPSON Remote Configuration Manager to change the print position on the printer.
