Can I just pull the memory card out of my product when I'm finished printing?

• No. Before removing a memory card from the Epson Stylus CX9400Fax Series, make sure the memory card access light is not flashing. Do not remove a card while the card light is flashing, or you may lose data on the card.
  
  If your Epson Stylus CX9400Fax Series is connected to your computer, you may need to do one of the following, depending on your operating system:
  
  

  Operating system	Steps to take
  Windows XP, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition	Click the  Safely Remove Hardware icon on the taskbar. Then click Safely Remove USB Mass Storage Device.
  Windows Vista	Click the  Safely Remove Hardware icon on the taskbar. Then click Safely Remove USB Mass Storage Device.

  * The Epson Stylus CX9475Fax software works only with Windows XP, XP Professional x64 Edition, and Windows Vista 32- and 64-bit. It does not support Windows 2000 or Macintosh.
