My product doesn't detect a photo placed on the scan bed when I use the Color Photo copy button. What should I do?

  • Check the following:
    • Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
    • Make sure the photo is placed on the scan bed correctly. See Place Photos.
    • Make sure the photo is no larger than 4 x 6 inches.
