How do I print using black ink only in Windows?

The Artisan 800 has an option for Grayscale. It does not have an option for Black Ink Only. Do the following to select Grayscale:
- Open the Printing Preferences for the Artisan 800.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Below Print Options, check Grayscale and click OK.
Note: Grayscale allows you to print in shades of gray.
