I am trying to scan from the control panel, but I can't Scan to PC, Email, or PDF. What should I do?

• To use the feature, make sure your product is connected to your computer with a USB cable (you cannot use this feature with a network connection), then download and install the Event Manager Utility from the Downloads tab for your product.
