How do I turn off the ringer?

• To turn off the ringer, the beep function must be turned off. Do the following:
  1. Press Setup.
  2. Select Maintenance, then press OK.
  3. Select Beep, then press OK.
  4. Select Off, then press OK.
  Note: When you turn off the ringer, the dial sound for transmitting a fax is also be turned off.
