I am having trouble scanning over the network. When I turn on my product, the scanner connection fails. What should I do?
The WorkForce is set to obtain an IP address automatically, and the IP address may change each time you turn on your product. If the IP address has changed, you will need to reconfigure the Epson Scan Network Settings. To prevent the IP Address from changing, set your DHCP server to reserve an IP address for your WorkForce.
