I installed my product's software for a wireless connection, but I cannot print. There is no IP assigned to my product (it's 0.0.0.0) or the IP starts with 169.254.xxx.xxx . What should I do?

This indicates that the router (wireless network) did not communicate with the WorkForce when you installed the software. Try the following:
- See Wireless Network Installation.
- Turn your router off and back on. Warning: If your router is connected to other devices, you may need to re-establish the connection for the other devices on the network.
- Reinstall the software.
