My product detects only one of two photos placed on the scan bed when I use the Copy/Restore Photos function on the control panel. What should I do?
Check the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- When copying two photos (up to 4 x 6 inches), place them 1/4 inch (5 mm) apart as shown below.
