When I try to make a copy, my product doesn't detect the photo placed on the scan bed. What should I do?
Check the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the photos are placed on the scan bed correctly. See Place Photos on the Scanner Glass.
- If you are using the all-in-one's Copy/Restore Photos function to copy two photos (up to 4 x 6 inches), place them 1/4 inch (5 mm) apart as shown below.
