I am having problems installing my product software. What should I do?

  • Check the following:
    • Make sure you follow the instructions for Installing Software and Connecting PictureMate in the User's Guide. Don't connect PictureMate to your computer until you are instructed to.
    • Close other programs, including screen savers and virus protection software, and try installing again.
    • Make sure your computer meets the System Requirements to use PictureMate.
    • If you're printing over a network, make sure you're computer is configured for shared printing with PictureMate. See Set Up Network Printing from instructions.
