How do I clear the fax header on my product?

Do the following:
- Press Home if necessary, then press or and select Setup.
- Press or and select Restore Default Settings.
- Select Reset Fax Data Settings:.
Note: This setting will restore the Speed Dial Setup, Group Dial Setup, Header, and Fax Log settings to their original state. - Select Yes, then press OK to confirm.
