I cancelled the software installation before it was complete, or connected the USB cable before starting the software installation. What should I do?
Uninstall (Windows or Macintosh) any components of the product software that may have been installed on your system, then follow the software installation instructions on the Start Here sheet. If you're setting up the product on a wireless network and need additional help, see Wireless Network Setup in the Quick Guide.
Before installing the software, make sure the product is not connected to your computer.
