How do I print using black ink only in Mac?

  • The printer has an option for Black/Grayscale. It does not have an option for Black Ink Only. Follow the steps below for your operating system to select Black/Grayscale.

    Macintosh OS X 10.4:
    1. Open the File menu and select Print.
    2. Click the arrow to expand the Print window, if necessary.
    3. Select Epson Stylus N10 N11 as the printer.
    4. Select Print Settings from the pop-up menu.
    5. Select Black/Grayscale output in the Color pop-up menu.

      Note: Black/Grayscale allows you to print in shades of gray.
    Macintosh OS X 10.5 and 10.6:
    1. Open the File menu and select Print.
    2. Select Epson Stylus N10 N11 as the Printer setting.
    3. Select Print Settings from the pop-up menu.
    4. Select Black/Grayscale output in the Color pop-up menu.

      Note: Black/Grayscale allows you to print in shades of gray.
