I cancelled the software installation before it was complete, or connected the USB cable before starting the software installation. What should I do?
If you are installing the software on a Windows computer, uninstall any components of the product software that may have been installed on your system, then follow the software installation instructions on the Start Here sheet to reinstall the software.
If you are installing the software on a Mac, follow the software installation instructions on the Start Here to reinstall the software. (You don't need to uninstall the software first.)
Before installing the software, make sure the product is not connected to your computer.
