I replaced an ink cartridge and my product shows that the same ink cartridge is expended. What should I do?
If you see an error light or error message after you replace an ink cartridge, remove and reinsert the ink cartridge you replaced, making sure to push it all the way into its slot. Then, complete the ink cartridge installation steps.
