When I send a hand-written fax, the recipient can't read the fax content. What should I do?

• Light colored ink may not transfer properly so we recommend you write your faxes with a black or dark blue pen. Also try selecting a higher Resolution setting such as UltraFine or Photo. Note that selecting a higher resolution may slow down the fax speed slightly.
