How do I choose a specific paper source to print from on a PC?

• The printer has two paper cassettes and a rear paper feed slot. Most types of document paper can be loaded in the cassette and the rear paper feed slot can be used to print envelopes or a sheet of paper. You may select which paper source to print from by using the printer software.

  Do the following:

  1. Right-click the printer icon from the task bar, then select Printer Settings.
  2. Click the Main Tab.
  3. Select Cassette 1, Cassette 2, Cassette 1 > Cassette 2, or Rear Paper Feed Slot in the Paper Source section.
  4. Click OK.
  Note: When printing from Cassette 1 > Cassette 2 or the Rear Paper Feed Slot a window will open, click OK.
