I'm unable to scan from my product's control panel with OS X 10.6 or later. What should I do?

• You'll need to download and install the Event Manager Utility from the Download tab for your product.

  Do the following:

  1. Go to the Downloads tab for your product. Make sure your Operating System is selected.
  2. Select Utilities, then Event Manager Utility.
  3. Click Download and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
