• No. The print resolution is determined by other driver settings.
  Windows:

  The Quality Option and paper Type settings determine the print resolution.

  

  Mac OS X:

  The resolution is determined by the Media Type and Print Quality setting.

  Note: To access the resolution settings in Mac OS X, select Print from the File menu. Then select Print Settings from the pop-up menu.
