I purchased 277-I ink cartridges from a third party and they don't work with my product. What should I do?

• The 277-I ink cartridges are used only for the initial printer set up and installation. If you have already used 277-I cartridges in your printer, you will not be able to use another set of 277-I cartridges. You can use the following replacement cartridges:
