I see the message Could not find computer(s) with Document Capture Pro installed when I try to scan. What should I do?
You might not have installed the required software or the product is connected to your computer with a USB cable. Try the following:
- Make sure your Epson product and computer are connected to the same network.
- Document Capture Pro and Epson Scan (Windows) or Document Capture and Epson Scan or ICA (OS X) must be installed.
Note: Restart your computer after installing the software to enable scanning.
- Make sure Event Manager is not being blocked by your firewall or security software.
- Make sure one scan job is selected in the Event Setting in Document Capture Pro.
