A blank sheet of paper feeds before and after my print job. What should I do?

• You should update your product's firmware using EPSON Software Updater; the software may have been installed the first time you installed your product's printer driver. If it's not installed, go to the Downloads tab for your product, then select Utilities > Epson software Updater. Download the software and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.

  To update the firmware, open EPSON Software Updater, then select your product if necessary. The software analyzes your Epson software and lists any available updates for download. Select the firmware update, then click Install item.

  Note: The firmware update software will analyze your product, and update the firmware only if it determines your product does not have the latest firmware.
