I replaced an ink cartridge and my product shows that the same ink cartridge is expended. What should I do?

    The cartridge may not be seated properly, and may need to be reseated.
    1. Turn on your product.
    2. Select the option to replace the ink cartridge and press the OK button again.
    3. Lift up the inner cover.

      Caution:
      Do not touch the flat white cable inside the printer.

    4. Push down the cartridge until it clicks into place. (If the cartridge is properly seated already, you may not hear a click.)

    5. Close the inner cover.
    6. The printer will start charging the cartridge.
